Changes & Return Policy

At Disliz, we create limited-edition collectibles designed for fans and collectors. Because many of our products are exclusive, signed, or mystery-based, our return policies vary depending on the item purchased.

Please read carefully before completing your order.

1. Watches

If you are not satisfied with the design of your watch, you may request an exchange within 30 days of delivery.

To qualify for an exchange:

  • The watch must be returned in perfect, unused condition
  • Original packaging must be included
  • Any additional straps, accessories, stickers, or inserts must be included
  • The product must show no signs of wear

Once we receive the item, we will conduct an inspection.
If everything is in acceptable condition, you may exchange it for another available model.

Important: Watches are eligible for exchange only. No refunds will be issued.


2. Watch Straps (Bands)

You may request either an exchange or refund within 30 days of delivery if:

  • The strap does not fit your watch
  • The product is unused and returned in its original condition

Returned straps must be in perfect condition with original packaging.

After inspection and approval, you may choose:

  • A refund to your original payment method
    or
  • An exchange for another model

3. Mystery Sets

All Mystery Sets are final sale.

No exchanges.
No refunds.
No returns.

Mystery Sets clearly state the odds in:

  • The product title
  • The product description
  • Marketing communications
  • Product images

By purchasing a Mystery Set, you acknowledge and accept the stated odds and the final sale nature of the product.

Because these products involve chance-based autograph distribution, all purchases are non-refundable.


4. Premium Signed Sets

All Premium Signed Sets are also final sale.

No exchanges.
No refunds.
No returns.

Premium Sets are hand-signed, certified collectibles and are considered specialty limited-edition items.


Important Notes

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable.
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged.
  • If your item arrives damaged or incomplete, please contact us within 5 days of delivery with photos and order details so we can assist you.
