TERMS AND CONDITIONS
You as a user of the site https://www.disliz.us (hereinafter the "Site") must carefully read these general terms and conditions that describe and regulate the use of the products and services offered (hereinafter the "Terms") by LA LOCURA SUIZA, S.A. DE C.V. (hereinafter "DISLIZ") within the Site of which it owns and is responsible.
Access to and/or use of the Site attributes to you the status of User, so from such access and/or use: (i) you acknowledge your agreement to these Terms, as well as to DISLIZ's Return Policy, Particular Terms and Conditions and Privacy Notice (hereinafter the "Additional Policies") and (ii) acknowledge its mandatory and binding nature.
Anyone who does not accept these Terms and The Supplementary Policies shall refrain from using the Site and purchasing the products and/or services offered by DISLIZ.
Capacity
The products and/or services that DISLIZ offers through the Site are exclusive to those persons who have sufficient legal capacity to contract and bind themselves to these Terms.

The Site provides the User with access to texts, graphics, drawings, designs, codes, software, photographs, music, videos, sounds, databases, images, expressions and information, etc. (hereinafter the "Content") belonging to DISLIZ.

If fraudulent and/or malicious use and/or contrary to these Terms and Policies is verified or suspected by the User, DISLIZ shall have the unappealable right to terminate the relationship and even to cooperate judicially for the prosecution of violators.

In order to make the Site a secure environment, and to protect our users, it is strictly forbidden to post content:
- That they can be regarded as a violation in any form of the fundamental rights of honor, personal and family privacy or the image of third parties and, especially, minors.
- That include photographs that collect images or personal data of third parties without having obtained the appropriate consent of their owners.
- That violate the secrecy of communications or that they constitute an infringement of intellectual and industrial property rights or the rules governing the protection of personal data.

- That include advertising or commercial communications, for the issuance of messages for advertising purposes or for the collection of data for the same purpose.
The user who violates these prohibitions will be responsible for any claims that may occur as a result of this. Even if no complaint from a third party has occurred, DISLIZ reserves the right to prevent access to the Site or the possibility of participating in the spaces enabled therein to users who violate these conditions.
Also, if you find any information or content on the Site that may be inappropriate, contrary to current regulations, or contrary to the conditions set forth on the Site, please inform DISLIZ immediately through the different willing means to do so.
Of the Products.
DISLIZ will make available to Users, product references, colors, designs, materials and dimensions in which they can purchase them, as well as recommendations for use and any other information relevant to the User. PROMOTIONS OR CAMPAIGNS
Promotional codes.
DISLIZ through the Site and/or through its official social networks on Instagram [https://www.instagram.com/originaldisliz/], Facebook [https://www.facebook.com/originaldisliz] Twitter [https://twitter.com/originaldisliz] and/or via email sent by the hey@disliz.com address and/or through posts that its collaborators, business partners, sponsors and/or influencers make with links or hashtags that redirect the Site and/or the aforementioned official social networks, offer promotional codes and/or discount coupons that allow the User, under the terms and conditions that are communicated to him prior to the purchase, to be creditor to a discount on the purchase of products on the Site.
Any promotional code and/or discount coupon will be limited to the purchase of up to ten (10) products on the Site.
Promotional codes and/or discount coupons will be valid for a certain purpose and may be subject to additional and/or terms and conditions that will be reported to the User at the time of its announcement and/or publication. Also, promotional codes and/or discount coupons will not be cumulative with other promotions and/or other promotional codes and/or discount coupons.
The return of products purchased in accordance with promotional codes and/or discount coupons will be subject to the applicable issues provided in the Site's Return Policy.
DISCOUNTS AND DISCOUNT AMOUNTS.

CAMPAIGN CUSTOMIZATION

DISLIZ uses as a means of advertising ads on Facebook and Instagram, so the User may get to view promotions on products that he has previously viewed on the Site, these dynamic ads are generated automatically, so that promotions that are active on the Site, may not be applied to them and/or available for sale.
The cost of shipping the products will be indicated to the User prior to the payment.
INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

DISLIZ does not grant license or authorization to use your intellectual and industrial property rights or any other property or right related to the Site, the products and/or services offered or the Content thereof.
The use of discount codes will not be compatible with certain promotional actions and collections.
USER-PROVIDED CONTENT
The legitimacy of the intellectual property rights corresponding to the content provided by the User are the exclusive responsibility of the same, so the User will keep DISLIZ harmless from any third-party claim arising from the use illicit content on the website.
The User, by providing any content (photos, images, etc.) through the Site or any other means, assigns free of charge to DISLIZ all intellectual or industrial property rights and any other rights that the user has over such contents. Such rights include the right of reproduction, representation, dissemination, transformation, distribution and public communication of all or part of the content, by any procedure and in all formats or media.
Responsibility
DISLIZ currently does NOT have physical stores or make sale of products via social networks, and only makes direct sales to the public through the Site, or through its authorized distributors, so it is not excluded from any liability that arises by any third party that misuses the image of the brand and / or is held as a distributor without the express authorization of DISLIZ.
Failures in the operation of the Site
DISLIZ declares that it has taken the necessary measures that, within its possibilities and the state of technology, allow the proper functioning of the Website. However, DISLIZ is not responsible for any but not limited to: (i) any damage, loss or harm caused to the User by failures in the system, server or on the Internet, (ii) any virus that could infect the User's computer as a result of access to and/or use of the Site, (iii) continuity and availability of the Content; (iv) the absence of errors in the Content or the correction of any defect that may occur; (v) damages caused by anyone who violates the Security Systems of the Site.
DISLIZ shall not be liable for any errors or omissions contained on the Site and may temporarily and without prior notice suspend accessibility to the Site for maintenance, repair, updating or improvement operations. However, whenever circumstances permit, the User will be informed of the expected date for the suspension of the services of access and/ or use of the Site in enough time.
The User may at no time assign any liability or demand any compensation from DISLIZ, by virtue of the damages resulting from technical difficulties or any failure in the Internet system. DISLIZ does not guarantee access and / or continuous or uninterrupted use of the Site, the User acknowledges and accepts that the system may possibly be unavailable due to technical difficulties or failures of the Internet, or for any other circumstance outside DISLIZ, so in such cases it will be sought to restore it as quickly as possible without being charged to it any type of responsibility.

The Site may contain links to other websites which does not mean that they are owned or operated by DISLIZ, so it does not assume responsibility for links to other websites found on the Site, and may lead the User to other websites on which and DISLIZ has no control, so the User accesses under his/her sole responsibility the content and the conditions of use governed by them.
DISLIZ is not responsible for users' use of the Content and services included on the Site. Accordingly, DISLIZ does not warrant that your use of the Content and Services on the Site will conform to these Terms, or that they will do so diligently.
RELEASE OF RESPONSIBILITY
The User will bring out in peace and safe DISLIZ, LA LOCURA SUIZA S.A. de C.V., subsidiaries, business partners, licenses, licensees and affiliates in the face of any claim, demand, litigation or sanction as a result of: (i) the use and / or access of the User to the Site; (ii) any User-posted Content; (iii) violation of any of these Terms and Supplementary Policy; and (iii) the violation of any third party rights, including without limitation, any proprietary rights, right to privacy or intellectual property rights.
Therefore, the User must reimburse them for any expenses that DISLIZ must erode in connection with such claims or claims, including costs of fines and expenses in legal fees.
DISLIZ reserves the right to take any technical or legal actions it deems appropriate to protect its interests or the rights of third parties. Modifications

Upon such termination, the prohibitions on the use of the contents set out above in these Terms shall remain in force.

Billing
The User who purchases products may request the invoice of the same at the time of making the purchase, in case of not requesting, will have 10 calendar days after their purchase, to request it.
APPLICABLE LAW AND JURISDICTION
For all interpretation and compliance with these Terms, DISLIZ and the User expressly submit to the laws and competent courts of Mexico City, waiving for any effect other courts than by reason of their address present or future or for any other cause that may arise.
