By accessing or using this Site, purchasing products, or interacting with our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms, as well as our Return Policy and Privacy Policy (collectively, the “Policies”).

If you do not agree with these Terms, you must not use this Site.

1. Legal Entity

Disliz Inc. is a C-Corporation duly organized and existing under the laws of Texas, in the United States.

Disliz currently sells products exclusively through its official website or through authorized partners. We do not sell directly via social media messages or unofficial third parties.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old or have legal capacity under applicable law to purchase products through this Site.

By completing a purchase, you represent and warrant that:

  • You have legal capacity to enter into binding agreements.

  • All information provided is accurate and truthful.

3. Product Information

We make reasonable efforts to display product descriptions, designs, colors, and dimensions as accurately as possible.

However:

  • Colors may vary depending on screen settings.
  • Limited edition quantities may sell out without notice.
  • Some products are Pre-Orders and have delayed shipping timelines.

  • Mystery products include clearly stated odds and are chance-based formats.

4. Mystery and Premium Products

Disliz offers two primary collectible formats:

Mystery Sets

Mystery Sets include randomized autograph distribution. The odds of receiving a signed item are clearly stated in:

  • Product titles

  • Product descriptions

  • Product images

  • Marketing materials

By purchasing a Mystery Set, you acknowledge:

  • The purchase is final sale.

  • Not all sets are signed.

  • Odds do not guarantee results.

  • Distribution is random.

Premium Signed Sets

Premium Sets guarantee an autograph and certification.

All Premium Sets are final sale.

5. Pre-Orders

Certain products may be sold as Pre-Orders.

By purchasing a Pre-Order:

  • You acknowledge shipping timelines are estimates.

  • Delays may occur due to artist availability, licensing approvals, or logistics.

  • Payment is collected at the time of purchase.

Pre-Orders are subject to the product’s stated return eligibility.

6. Returns and Exchanges

Return eligibility depends on the product category and is governed by our official Return Policy.

Certain items, including Mystery and Premium Sets, are final sale and non-refundable.

Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item arrives damaged.

7. Shipping and Fulfillment

Disliz may use third-party fulfillment partners to process and ship orders.

We are not responsible for:

  • Carrier delays

  • Customs delays

  • Incorrect addresses provided by the customer

  • Delivery issues once marked delivered by the carrier

Premium signed items may require signature confirmation upon delivery.

8. Promotions and Discount Codes

Promotional codes:

  • May have expiration dates.

  • May not be combined unless explicitly stated.

  • May be limited in quantity.

Disliz reserves the right to cancel orders if promotional abuse or fraud is detected.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on this Site, including but not limited to:

  • Logos

  • Designs

  • Product artwork

  • Graphics

  • Images

  • Text

  • Trademarks

is the property of Disliz Inc. or used under license and protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or commercially exploit any content without prior written consent.

10. User Conduct

You agree not to:

  • Use the Site for unlawful purposes

  • Interfere with Site functionality

  • Post harmful, defamatory, or infringing content

  • Attempt to reverse engineer or exploit the Site

Disliz reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts engaging in abusive or fraudulent behavior.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Disliz shall not be liable for:

  • Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

  • Loss of profits or business interruption

  • System outages or technical failures

  • Third-party carrier errors

  • Unauthorized use of our brand by third parties

Our total liability shall not exceed the purchase price of the product in question.

12. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes

If a chargeback or payment dispute is initiated without contacting Disliz first, we reserve the right to:

  • Provide documentation to the financial institution

  • Suspend future purchases

  • Recover associated administrative costs if permitted by law

We encourage customers to contact us directly before escalating disputes.

13. Modifications

Disliz reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time.

Updated versions will be posted on this page with a revised effective date.

Continued use of the Site constitutes acceptance of updated Terms.

14. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Any disputes shall be resolved in the competent courts of Harris County, Texas.
