We’re sorry to hear you felt misled. Our Mystery Sets always clearly state the odds in the product title, description, and product images, including the 1 in 10 chance of receiving a signed set. Not every set is signed, and the distribution is random by design.
We completely understand that if someone believes every set is signed, the expectation changes. That’s never our intention. The Mystery format was created to make autographed collectibles more accessible at a lower price point, while still offering Premium Sets for collectors who prefer a guaranteed signature.
