At Disliz, we ship officially licensed, limited-edition collectibles to fans and collectors. Because some of our products are pre-orders or signed collectibles, shipping timelines may vary.
Please review the details below before placing your order.
1. Order Processing Time
In-Stock Items
Orders for items marked “Ready to Ship” are typically processed within:
• 3–7 business days
(excluding weekends and holidays)
Processing time may increase during major drops, conventions, or high-volume periods.
Pre-Order Items
Products labeled as Pre-Order will ship according to the timeline stated on the product page.
By purchasing a Pre-Order, you acknowledge:
• Shipping dates are estimates
• Delays may occur due to artist availability, licensing approvals, or logistics
• Payment is collected at the time of purchase
We will provide updates via email when your order is ready to ship.
2. Shipping Locations
We currently ship to:
• United States
• Mexico
• Canada
Shipping rates and delivery times vary by destination and will be calculated at checkout.
3. Fulfillment & Carriers
Disliz uses third-party fulfillment partners (such as ShipBob or similar) to process and ship orders.
Carriers may include:
• USPS
• UPS
• FedEx
• DHL
• International postal services
Once your order is fulfilled, you will receive a tracking number via email.
4. Signature Required (Premium Signed Items)
Certain Premium Signed Sets may require:
• Signature confirmation upon delivery
This is for security purposes due to the collectible and signed nature of the item.
If you need to update your shipping address before shipment, please contact us as soon as possible.
5. Shipping Delays
Disliz is not responsible for delays caused by:
• Carrier issues
• Weather conditions
• Customs inspections
• Incorrect addresses provided at checkout
• Lost or stolen packages marked as delivered
If a package is marked delivered but not received, customers must contact the carrier directly to initiate a claim.
6. Address Accuracy
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.
If an incorrect address is entered:
• We are not responsible for lost shipments
• Reshipping fees may apply
Please double-check your address before completing your order.
7. International Shipping & Customs
International orders may be subject to:
• Customs duties
• Import taxes
• Local VAT
These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the product price or shipping cost.
Disliz is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance.
8. Combined Orders (Pre-Order + In-Stock)
If your order includes:
• Both Pre-Order and Ready-to-Ship items
Your order may ship together once all items are available, unless otherwise arranged.
If you prefer split shipping, additional shipping fees may apply.
9. Lost or Damaged Packages
If your item arrives damaged:
• Contact us within 5 days of delivery
• Include photos of the packaging and product
We will review the case and assist accordingly.
10. Shipping Fees
• Shipping fees are non-refundable
• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer (unless item arrived damaged)
