All of our Mystery Sets clearly state the odds in the product title, description, and images. The pins sets you purchased have 1 in 10 odds of being signed, which means not every set will include an autograph. The distribution is random and math-based, some customers pull one with a single set, others may not even with multiple.

Regarding the boxes: they are shipping protection boxes, not sealed collectible packaging. Once assembled, all sets are placed into identical shipping boxes and fulfilled by our third-party partner at random. No one checks or selects signed items during fulfillment.

We created the Mystery format to make signed collectibles more accessible at a lower price point. For collectors who want certainty, we also offer Premium Signed Sets with guaranteed autographs.

The cardboard needs to be thicker - the pins are and will constantly smash together on the current thickness and damage each other if someone wants to display them on it - escpeically with the signature. Overall I love the quality of the pins.

Band Geeks is one of the best episodes of SpongeBob; and these pins feature some of the best memorable moments of this episode. I also love the fact that it was signed by the GOAT himself. I love them as much as much as I love the episode!
